Terms of Use
Using the site
You may read, print and share our articles for personal and educational use, with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, or use our content to train commercial models, without written permission.
Digital downloads
Purchasing a guide gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. Clinicians who wish to share materials with patients should contact us for a practice licence — we grant these routinely and inexpensively.
Refunds
If a download is not what you expected, email us within thirty days and we will refund it. We do not ask for a reason and we do not require you to return anything.
No medical relationship
Nothing on this site or in our downloads creates a clinician-patient relationship, and none of it substitutes for professional assessment. See the medical disclaimer for detail, including the symptoms that require urgent care.
Intellectual property
All original text, design and downloadable materials remain the property of the site owner. Cited research belongs to its authors and publishers; we quote briefly and link to sources.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Content is provided as it is, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site develops. Material changes will be noted on this page.
