What we collect

• Newsletter subscribers: your email address, and the date you subscribed.
• Customers: your email address and order details, so we can deliver your download and honour free updates.
• Messages: whatever you choose to send us through the contact form.
• Aggregate analytics: which pages are read, in aggregate, without building advertising profiles.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels.
• We do not ask for health information, and we recommend you do not send any.

Health information

Please do not include detailed medical information in messages to us. We are not able to advise on individual cases, and we would rather you did not share sensitive health details with a publisher when they belong with your clinician.

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and to provide access to updates. Contact messages are deleted once the conversation is closed, typically within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us through the contact page and we will act within thirty days. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and to record aggregate page views. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
